Author Guidelines

  1. The author has never published his writing in another article or is not currently submitting his article to another journal.
  2. The title of the article must be concise, clear and informative (Cambria size 16, single space, every capital letter except the first word, in bold, and no more than 12 words)
  3. Author information consists of name without title (Cambria size 10 and bolded), author affiliation (Cambria size 8 and not bolded), and corresponding email (Cambria size 8)
  4. Abstracts are written in English and Indonesian using Cambria size 10, spacing 1 and with a total of around 200 - 250 words. Abstracts must be informative and systematic.
  5. For articles in English, an Indonesian abstract must still be included. The Indonesian version of the abstract is written using standard Indonesian following PUEBI rules. The abstract briefly explains the problem, objectives, methods, results and conclusions. The English version of the abstract is written using English in the form of past tense and appropriate sentences. Results and conclusions are written in present tense. Abstracts are expected to be more communicative and not monotonous.
  6. Keywords or keywords no more than 5 words;
  7. The systematics of writing research articles consists of title, author's name, affiliation and correspondence address, abstract, keywords, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusions and suggestions, and a list of references.
  8. The systematics of writing conceptual articles (containing the results of the review) consist of title, author's name, institution and correspondence address, abstract, keywords, abstract, keywords, introduction, discussion, conclusion, and list of references.
  9. The introduction is written using Cambria font, size 11 and spacing 1.15.
  10. The text is typed in a print area with a margin of 2.5 cm from the top, 3 cm from the bottom and left of the paper. The right side margin is made 2 cm. A4 paper size, width 8.27 inches, height 11.69 inches. Layout: header 0.5 inch, footer 0.5 inch. The text does not need to be page numbered. The contents of the article are typed in one column format. Articles are original articles resulting from research, using either qualitative or quantitative approaches, or the results of reviews of previous articles. Articles can be written in Indonesian or English. The number of article pages is between 10-17 pages including the title and reference list.
  11. The manuscript is presented narratively without using numbering in front of the subtitles.
  12. The image is inserted in the text box and the figure caption (image description) is placed below the image. Figure captions are numbered and the figures must be referred to in the text. Image captions begin with capital letters. Image captions that contain more than one line are written using 1 spacing. Images are drawn with a line width of 1 pt and should have good contrast quality.
  13. Results are the main part of a scientific article, containing: clean results without data analysis process, hypothesis testing results. Results can be presented with tables or graphs, to clarify the results verbally.
  14. Discussion is the most important part of the entire content of a scientific article. The purpose of the discussion is: Answering research problems, interpreting findings, integrating findings from research into existing bodies of knowledge and developing new theories or modifying existing theories.
  15. The table is created with a line width of 1 pt and the tables caption is placed above the table. Table descriptions that consist of more than 2 lines are written using 1 space. Table lines are prioritized only as horizontal lines while vertical lines are omitted.
  16. Conclusions contain answers to research questions. Suggestions refer to research results and take the form of practical actions, state for whom and what the suggestions are intended for. Written in essay form, not in numerical form.
  17. If there is, thanks are addressed to official institutions or individuals as funders or who have made other contributions to the research/writing of the manuscript;
  18. Writing bibliography and citations using APA Sytle Edition 7. Using the Mendeley reference engine application is highly recommended.
