The purpose of this study was to improve the politeness of grade X students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta, through group guidance services with the Simulation Games Spiner technique. The method used is Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK), involving nine students who have low politeness. This study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection was carried out through observation and a scale of politeness, which was analyzed using simple descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that group guidance services with the simulation games spiner technique were effective in improving students' politeness. In the first cycle, the average score of students increased from the low and very low categories to the medium and high categories. In the second cycle, there was a further increase, where the average score of students reached the high and very high categories. So from the results of this group guidance service, it succeeded in improving students' politeness, as indicated by the politeness score between pre and post action in both cycles.
